This is the food your baby will be on. I will send home a small bag that will last up to a week.
Your baby will have a vet check including his/her first round of vaccines, heart/joint and general physical exam, fecal test and deworming. They will be due for the next visit at around 10 weeks of age.
Your baby will come home with a vet record and AKC paperwork.

Please be prepared to pay the balance in full at the time of pickup or before the baby is picked up for transportation. I have to charge 7% sales tax unless you are having your pup shipped out of state. You can sign the following form if you are having your pup shipped:
